Damages and issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or missing, you must contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance, items or gift cards.
Exchanges / Credits / Refunds
Please choose carefully.
We do not provide refunds for change of mind or incorrect selections.
We have a 30-day return policy. This means you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your item to request a return.
Please note:

Refunds, where approved, will exclude original shipping costs and merchant processing fees incurred by Jadee Sports.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, with all tags attached, and in original packaging.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
To initiate a return, please contact us at jadee@jadeesports.com.au or call 0412 673 995. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the item.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
When returning goods, please use a reliable postage method. Jadee Sports is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit.
We do not accept C.O.D. returns.
Where goods are incorrectly described or do not perform as reasonably expected, you may choose between an exchange or store credit. Merchant fees and original shipping charges are not refundable.
Faulty Goods / Warranty
Faulty items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange, provided proof of purchase is supplied.
If more than 30 days have passed and the goods have been used, please contact us. All items outside the 30-day period will require inspection. Most products carry a 3–6 month manufacturer’s warranty.
Returned goods claiming a manufacturing fault will be sent to the manufacturer for assessment. If the item is deemed faulty, a refund (including original shipping costs paid by you), exchange, or store credit will be issued via the original payment method or as agreed.
If you intend to return a faulty item, you must contact jadee@jadeesports.com.au prior to returning the goods for further instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Case-by-Case Assessments
While we are always willing to review matters outside of our standard policy on a case-by-case basis, any such review does not guarantee that a refund, replacement, exchange, or credit will be granted. All outcomes remain at the discretion of Jadee Sports following assessment.
