Shipping policy
Shipping within Australia
All parcels within Australia will be sent via Australia Post or by Courier. We do our best to dispatch orders within 1-5 business days of orders received. There are some products that are made to order and should state the lead time. If there is a delay for any reason we will let you know. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Our shipping charges are calculated on weight and then postcode, some are just a standard price. There will be items that we will need to Quote on shipping price due to size and weight.
You will receive a tracking number for your parcel once your order is fulflilled and dispatched.
Once the product has been shipped, it is not our responsibility if parcels are lost or not delivered, but we will work with you on ensuring the best outcome for both parties.
If you have not received the item 14 days after receiving a tracking number please contact us so that we can follow up.
If Jadee is delivering we are not responsible for any lost products once it has been delivered. If you have not received your goods within 5 days after receiving your Tax Invoice please contact us to follow up.
Please note:
Returned Items - where the courier could not deliver at the given address will incur a redelivery fee if you wish for your item to be resent.
We will offer a store credit only on the item price paid, not the shipping fee.
If you wish for a refund (case by case basis). Merchant fees and shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.
International Shipping
All items are shipped via Airmail.
Tracking of parcels is available at an additional cost - please let us know if you would like tracking so we can adjust the shipping cost accordingly.
A confirmation email will be sent to you once your parcel has been posted.
Any import duty or taxes are the buyers responsibility and are not paid by Jadee Sports.
Shipping cost is for packing and postage.
